to be fair, the win over sweden that germany got wasnt all that to boast about as sweden played like shite. if sweden had played well i think germany would have still won but it would have posibly made them play a bit better instead of it being more like a training match for them

i totally agree. but as im sure you will think about germany, we won so thats all that matters i suppose, im not too confident though when it comes to england vs. quality teams unfortunately, i really hope im proved wrong though

and dont forget one of our strikers is out! im sure there defenders are thankful that owen isnt playing.
but if rooney is wanything like he was on sunday, he will give them a good run around, that lad was seriously impressive up front on his own.
lampard needs to sit on the bench for a bit and maybe watch some vids of NOT shooting at goal Rolling Eyes

but cole has atleast scored , and what a great goal that was! Laughing

cole does try and do the foot shuffle a bit too often though, but saying that, he has got the bottle to take on players and create opportunities to open it up. and i think he has been one of englands best players up to now for his overall performance throughout the games. in the first match he was running around after every single ball he could get on, not like lampard, who is a great player with chelsea, its just so far he has lacked alot. hopefully he will wake up from saturday
