Hello every1, I started a RPG thread on another forum a couple of years ago and I left the forum cause it was pretty much dead and I was about the only one posting in my thread... 
Anyhoo this thread is obviously for people who like RPGs so please don't spam and say RPGs SUXORS etc cause that would be lame and your thread will be removed 
Feel free to answer the poll either way though... and feel free to chat about RPGs as well... cause I will be 
oh and I am talking about VIDEO GAMES not Role play crap...

to me it depends on the subject matter.
if its fairies and magic then imnot really bothered about it, i prefer the more real life stuff, if there is any. ive not actually had a look into it tbh

ahhh cool I'm more into traditonal fantasy style RPG's, magic, summons, flying dragons, airships, etc...
There are some RPGs which have some real life stuff but I find fantasy RPG's are more popular... I think the reason for this is the main idea behind a RPG is to escape the real world...
Like take games like worms for instance, it's pure fantasy... but with real weapons (well some real ones anyhoo)...

they take up to much time and ecome addictive. its like smoking. no point trying cos u will like it and its bad for u.

dont quite see the similarity between smoking and RPGs... yes they can become addictive but its easily controllable, its not like you have to inject yourself with amphetamines to play the game...

Yes m0nk as usual makes no sense... even when he isn't spamming... 
I was thinking the poll is quite pants... I might change it to what type of RPG u like... as in MMO, Turn Based, Action/Real Time, etc.... though thinking up options is hard...
