Bit bored so thought i'd post this - did it over xmas using paintbrush, smoothe and smudge tools only.
Traced a few of the black lines to get the shape right then it was a copy job to get the colours as close as i could.
The background was just an after thought and required no skill at all

if u did a black outline on the hair instead of the ear it wud look a bit smoother...besides that, it looks cool 
kinda looks like a photo redone with flash stuff.
