I liked the Syphon Filter series on the PS1 so I'm bound to like it... it's got magic and limit breaks in it as well...

the games just seem to be a little bit more playable on the DS, ive tried taking my PSP on the bus and its just too much work trying to play the games, whereas the DS has smaller type games tht are much more convenient i think.
the only thing ill miss is the options i have with the PSP for games 
(1.5 firmware)
