I think its quite doable: Use the shopper scheme you always have. BUT enable teleport and WormSelect.
Use teleport at the start, 3 or 6 worms per player, put your worms in every section. 6 worms per player (so 2 worms in each section) takes quite a while to play.
At turn start, the cratedrop will determine which map section will be played that turn - worms get wormselect so you can switch sections.
WxW section has multi difficulty levels - from easy to hard.
A scheme with 33 secs works great.
Be gentle with the rules. It should be no problem to 'fetch a crate' in the fly section, and do the wxw b4 u attack someone on that level. Plopholes are interconnected so you can easily move between the sections if you start to run out of living worms
