MSN and respecting privacy: those two don't match together. I import my saved contact list and it immediately gives this funny window telling me 'an invitation has been sent to new contacts' instead of 'would you like to send an invitation or rather leave these contacts alone?'  TYVFM .,/,, Bill .,/,, Gates .,/,, for respecting privacy so much. Don't we get a choice any more on this?

just use 2 messagers next to each other and copy the email adresses you want (usefull next time  )

You mean multiple instances on same machine? or 2 pc's? I don't get you.
- 'Add contact' sends invitations by default without confirmation. You only have checkbox option not to send personal email invitation as well.
- 'Import contacts' should show a list of who to import (to my idea), and NOT do it all automatically, sending out several invitations as well ffs.
Also very nice that the msn help screen doesn't tell anything about this. Pff, since when was the last time the M$ help system really helped anyway .,/,, They spend more money on making bugs <--

why would you believe any computer company that says they arent going to spy on you thats just dumb everyone does it then they sell you info to marketing spam list biotches it should be common sense to just do it manually to avoid that bs

solution = simple:
-> 1 hotmail account for forum registrations, buying/selling, whatever nonsense on the web when they want your email for a privacy breach (so this address gets spammed to death)
-> 1 real address only for friends / business relations with non public email addresses etc. (but those people should not start sending jokes around with lot's of addresses in CC field) :/
-> don't fucking trust any stupid window that pops up while surfing the internet, even if it looks really really like a windows message. <--
-> and yea, use yer common sense when you use software originating from USA...
