Hmm.. Map problems..

So, I was trying to download several color maps the other day, and when I click on them it sends me to an error message. I tried back today, and it's still doing the same thing. What's up with it? I'd like to play some spiffy DM maps plz? k. thnx. Question

maybe they are too big and do not work with the new betapatch? (a new one got released just a few weeks ago)

she means when clicking on a map to download from the clansite... many links don't work / have a weird problem, i dunno. Seen it b4 but somehow i managed to get the maps anyway. maybe its firefox related, maybe exploder related. whatever.

thats not an error report i can work with (or lets say could work with)...

i checked the map-section and whatever coloured map i click on its downloadable without any problems. im using the latest firefox and opera version, but ie6 also worked. so if ur kind enough to send me the exact map names u werent able download i could take a look at it and tell u what the prob is (without being able to fix it right now tho).

but gimme the names of the maps u need and ill mail u a zip Wink

Ok m8 - just browse through the shopper maps and enable Colored maps option. first few maps load fine, then suddenly

Drogans, shut up, your in the wrong.

WA PNG files contain extra data for things such as borders etc, normal PNG readers should skip over chunks they don't recognise but as far as I can tell FireFox stops you from viewing them because it doesn't recognise them and assumes the file to be bad. It is a browser issue if anything and not an issue with the site.

If you are incapable of downloading files when its not done automatically I'm supprised you manage to use these forums.
