haha denied.
Added after 1 minutes:
maybe it works out the average post count etc of people with the bars so when someone higher than u adds a bar to there sig (i just did) it re works out the average and thus u got knocked down a rank.

plut should make the userbar a must-have then. a "not to change" signature
or even better: a smaller version that shows up right under every1s name above the avatar

ive seen this "bug" too, moderators get the council text.
damn thats a sweet idea to add the game-pic dont overload the userbar tho
btw check my bottom line - theres no space between the msn and xfire button.
