only mods can lock and unlock topics, you can do it in your own forum but not others
which reminds me, plut hasnt gave me permissions to do it in your forum yet, or my own private forum  |

arc (as the mighty admin) removed the council as a moderator 4 the private forums. the council cant even see all the private forums anymore... thx to arc again 
and the new wnk forum here has no mod at all atm, as u can see on the index site of the wcc forum (where u can find out whos the mod 4 the private lor forum btw  )

Council forum is still there and it was me that removed Council access to all forums muhahhahhaha...
I'll go fix council forum...

yeah, the council forum was so active i didnt even notice it disappearing although i wanted to post that missing access 4 all forums there some time ago.
