ok i took the cd drive from my old comp stuck it in this one and installed
and updated but slight problem , there is a file i need i dunno wut it is,
the file was posted on the first blood forums awhile back once dc start
coming out with the new patches and such , i think it came out around 22.0
or 23 i forget which, not important , i need someone to get me that file so
i can worm again

u only need a fresh installed worms armageddon and deadcodes latest patch. nothing else.

no my dear piggy i need something extra because i use windows 98 and all patches since 22.0 required a file that xp has that 98 doesnt

ah, ur still using win98, explains ur probs  and although thats no help at all to find the file 4 u its a better hint than just saying:

 lets keep this game going... any new hints, dragons?
maybe sumin like "the filename started with an 'e' or 'f' or so." or "it was also posted on the cl2k forum"

i have passed along all the info i have it was givin to me by someone i
forget who only reason i knew about it was throught this maybe it was lynx
hmmm , also mental or dead code might know so if someone see's them
around ask about it for me
