ok, heres why i made this off-topic thread:
XPS aka "the shit" aka CJ (yes, ur not the only cj in the world, dear mr formerly known as xXx artist) is the first and so far only wcc member who got the elite rank in his userbar. oh, and thats why i posted his userbar in row 1 btw... well u couldve seen it, but no prob.
Added after 1 minutes:

nope theyre not... i still wonder how they work as well.
